When we talk about an interview for the job, there are few common questions which test your basic character and ability to handle the work. These questions are most likely to fall in interviewer’s list of questions to be asked. Being a job seeker, be careful and well prepared to answer these questions and give your best.       How to answer- When you are asked about your greatest strengths, it’s important to discuss the attributes that will qualify you for the specific job and set you apart from the other candidates.
    • 4. What is your greatest weakness?
      What does it mean- Another typical question interviewers will ask will be about your weaknesses.
      How to answer – Do your best to frame your answers around positive aspects of your skills and abilities as an employee.
    • 5. Why are you leaving or have left your job?
      What does it mean- To check your past record.
      How to answer – When asked about why you are moving on, stick with the facts, be direct and focus your interview answer on the future, especially if you’re leaving wasn’t under the best of circumstances.

      What does it mean – What are you looking for in terms of salary? It seems like a simple question, but your answer can knock you out of content for the job if you overprice yourself.
      How to answer – If you are in an interview, you could try to skirt around the question with a broad answer, such as: “My salary expectations are in line with my experience and qualifications.” Or “If this is the right job for me, I am sure we can come to an agreement on salary.” But the recruiter or interviewer will likely be looking for a number, so come prepared with a target salary figure or at least a range in mind.

      What does it mean – This question is designed to find out if you’re going to stick around or move on as soon as you find a better opportunity.
